Choice Health and Wellbeing Group was formed by two experienced professionals to offer services that make a positive impact on the individual lives of people with disability.
By building a competent team, Choice Health and Wellness Group supports each participant to feel empowered and part of their local community through understanding their particular needs, goals, and ambitions.
The Directors are inspired to create meaningful careers for their workforce, enabling them to be genuine advocates for those they support, while also finding ways to give back to the community.
Choice Health and Wellness Group complies with all West Australian and Commonwealth Government requirements for the delivery of quality and safe disability support services.

Our combined experience is extensive and encompasses numerous disciplines. By advocating for our participants, we respectfully support and encourage them to achieve greater levels of independence, empowerment, and a sense of belonging in the community
